This shipping strategy is set up with excellent customer in mind, making it as inexpensive as possible for you while still delivering the product as soon as possible.

U.S. Shipping

Free Domestic Shipping on orders $35 and over!

Free shipping applies to order totals of $35 or more, before taxes. We ship most orders via USPS, UPS and FedEx within the continental United States.  Orders less than $35 will be charged the current, lowest shipping cost found among mail carriers and based on size, weight, and location.  

Shipping Guidelines

We make every effort to fulfill and ship our orders as soon as possible. Many items are made to order and typically take 1-2 days to be fulfilled and processed and ship within 2-5 business days, excluding holidays, but we cannot always make that guarantee. Shipping time may be anywhere from 2-6 days depending on your location. During the holidays, the time it takes to ship orders may increase. We ship via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, and UPS.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any items shipped and marked as “delivered” in the tracking information of the mail carrier. If an item is marked as “delivered,” we must assume that the item was delivered. Insurance cannot be claimed on any item marked as “delivered” in the tracking information. Insurance is for packages that are lost or damaged. If the item is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is not considered lost or damaged. All packages are insured for up to $50.

If you are concerned about your package, we recommend you request to have it insured. If you would like insurance on your package, please contact us before the order is shipped. We can then share with you the cost of the insurance the carrier will charge. We will search for the cheapest alternative we can.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misguided, damaged, or packages delivered to the shipping address provided on the order, or if the carrier may have delivered to the wrong address. If you want to avoid the problems above, we ask that you please request a signature delivery.

We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve resources, however if one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible. 

Product Availability

We will make every effort to display the most current product inventory information and completely fill your order. We will notify you directly if a product’s availability date changes. Please contact info@willownola.com for additional information.

Any items ordered that we are currently out of stock will ship within 10 business days, however, we will do our absolute best to get it to you as soon as possible. If your back order is urgent, please email us at info@willownola.com for estimated time of arrivals.

Sustainably Packaged

The majority of the orders will be shipped with recycled packing materials, poly mailers and boxes. We are always striving to make our production and shipping processes as sustainable and low impact on the environment as possible.

Orders may sometimes take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We will provide you with tracking information once your item is shipped. 

Rush Shipping

Shipping upgrades are available. Please contact info@willownola.com if you would like your items shipped sooner. Some shipping charges may apply. Please keep in mind that some items are made to order, but please do email us.

Sales Tax

All orders shipping to locations in the state of Louisiana will be charged local state and municipal sales tax rates. 

International Shipping

Please contact us at info@willownola.com regarding international shipping before placing your order.  All shipping is calculated by weight and location. Shipping upgrades are available. 

Please note, we are not responsible for lost international packages. If you are concerned about your package, please upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail with tracking during checkout.

All prices in our store and online are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices, and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.
