Gift Set - Wooden Spoon & Roux Paddle

These beautifully hand-carved Wooden Spoons and Roux Paddles are made with great care by a skilled, artisan woodworker. 

The Gift Set comes with one Wooden Spoon and one Roux Paddle in your choice of Cherry or Black Walnut. They are a perfect addition to your everyday cooking utensils. However, they are so pretty they can be used as a serving spoon at your table.

America's Test Kitchen tested wooden spoons and we listened! We created our wooden utensils to have all of the preferred features.

⚜️LONG HANDLES. The wooden spoons and roux paddles are made with long handles (approximately 14 inches). Longer handles are more comfortable and provide more leverage when you are cooking.

⚜️DURABLE & GREAT DESIGN. A simple and elegant design. Our spoons and roux paddles are durable, food-safe and comfortable to the touch.

The wooden spoon bowls are made wide and deep to scoop up your favorite dishes and soups. The wider spoon and roux paddle head width allows you to move food in the pan more efficiently and with fewer strokes.

The roux paddle's design makes a fantastic roux, but we love using it in so many other ways, such as sautéing vegetables, making a gravy, scrambling eggs, and stirring a sauce.

⚜️SANDED SMOOTH. After carefully hand carving and sanding each spoon and paddle until they are smooth and soft, each is finished with Willow’s homemade “Magic Wood Butter,” food safe beeswax and mineral oil. They are sanded smooth so they are comfortable but also easy to hold on to. Our goal was to make sure all hand sizes are comfortable using these spoons.
